Ideally prior notice of 10 days is required; this enables us to complete the process of finding the right placement. A start date and period of required hours, days or nights will be asked on initial enquiry to allow us to plan accordingly. From initial enquiry the agency and client would determine a mutual date to meet, complete the registration form and answer any question that arise Having found a suitable placement an interview will be arranged for the agency to introduce the nanny. Normally this would be in surroundings familiar to the children and client. After the interview we would contact the client to help with any queries. Once the placement is confirmed, either verbally or in writing and the nanny has accepted the position the booking is formalised. We will then charge you an introductory fee, which is due within ten days of contract commencement. We then inform you as the client, start date and contact details for the nanny. When the fee is paid, we will guarantee the nanny or carer for the first eight weeks of their employment (permanent staff). If the position is to start straight away then we will require immediate payment. We can provide a Nanny within 24 hours in an emergency situation. In cases of extreme circumstances the registration process will be completed quickly as possible. An interview can be arranged, but we will not compromise on our system safeguards. |
